Cancellation Policy

If circumstances change and you are unable to provide a substitute to participate in a virtual WASWUG event, refunds will be honored for cancellations received via email, fax, or mail by February 12, 2021. A $75 administrative processing fee will be assessed for all cancellations received by February 12, 2021. In lieu of cancellation, substitutions will be accepted through Monday, March 1, 2021. No refunds will be offered after February 12, 2021. 

Attendees, or other individuals registering on behalf of Attendees, acknowledge that they will be held fiscally responsible to the Attendee Cancellation Policy.
