      During the Conference

You must attend or view sessions during the conference (March 6-8) to receive credit. This applies to both in-person and virtual attendees.

For in-person attendees, sign-in sheets will be available at the WASWUG Registration desk each morning. You must sign the sheet each day to qualify for Clock Hours.

For virtual attendees, we will track who logs in to the OnAIR platform and watches each scheduled session, and we will use this as proof that you attended.

      Evaluation

Following the conference, you will receive an automated email from ESD 113 requesting that you complete an evaluation (allow up to 20 days to receive your email). Once you complete the evaluation, you will be given the opportunity to purchase Clock Hours for attending WASWUG. It is your responsibility to keep a record of your Clock Hours and to contact Capital Region ESD 113 at 360-464-6700 to correct inaccuracies.

      Fees for Clock Hours

Clock Hour Fee = $3 per Clock Hour + $5 processing fee per participant. All Clock Hours must be purchased within 90 days. After 90 days, a late fee of 20% will be added. After you complete the survey and purchase Clock Hours, you can print an Official Proof of Clock Hour Form and an unofficial Clock Hour transcript.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for CPAs

WASWUG is pleased to qualify as an acceptable CPE program for Certified Public Accountants. You must attend or view the sessions during the conference (March 6-8) to receive CPE credit for attending the sessions.

In-person attendees must sign in and out each day. CPE sign-in sheets and verification packets will be available at the WASWUG Registration desk each morning.

For virtual attendees, we will track who logs in to the OnAIR platform and watches each scheduled session, and we will use this as proof that you attended.

NOTE: You cannot receive CPE credit for sessions you watch after the conference.

To receive a CPE Certificate of Completion from WSIPC, contact the WASWUG Admin Team by March 31 and let us know which sessions you attended. We will have each presenter complete the Verification Form, and then we will send the forms to you for your records. A Certificate of Completion listing the sessions you attended, will also be emailed to you at this time. It is the attendee’s responsibility to report CPE to the Board of Accountancy.

      Continuing Education Credits (CEU)

A Certificate of Completion will be available for you to download upon completion of the session evaluation survey. A link to the survey will be sent to your email address following the conference. For each session you participated in during the conference (March6-8), you will rate the content and presenters. Upon completion of the survey, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your certificate, which you can then print. This certificate does not provide you with Clock Hours or CPE, but does provide proof that you attended WASWUG.

Important! If you require a Certificate of Completion only, you must complete the survey which the WASWUG Registrar emails to you at the end of the conference.
