We’re thinking outside the typical, old-school ‘exhibitor’ conference model and taking advantage of all the features and benefits a virtual conference can deliver for our partners. We are the makers of music and the dreamers of dreams!


With all WASWUG sponsorships, you will receive:

  • Full conference registrations with access to all of the features of the virtual conference and platform; participate in all breakout sessions, general sessions, connect with attendees in the Meeting Hub, live video chat, messaging and more.
  • Sponsor page on the virtual platform that includes logo, contact information, marketing collateral and embedded video (or link)
  • Inclusion in one WASWUG e-blast to all registered attendees with sponsor contact information
  • Opportunity to connect with WSIPC Cooperative members from K-12 public, private, charter and tribal schools in Washington State

    • Sponsor logo in the footer of all e-marketing messages sent to over 20,000 district personnel in advance of the conference (number of messages dependent on commitment date to sponsorship)
    • Shipment of ‘Charlie’s Chocolate’ bar sent to all registered attendees with marketing collateral piece from sponsor. (provided by sponsor and approved by WSIPC)

Breakout session will be available to attendees through May 31, 2021 (sponsor provides recorded content by specified deadline)
