Pre-Conference Workshop Lunch:

  • Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad* with egg, bacon, tomato, and blue cheese (blue cheese served on the side); served with apple cider vinaigrette dressing on the side (GF)
  • Cheesecake (GF option available)
  • *Special meal option: Quinoa in lieu of the chicken and bacon (V). Other modifications made based on noted dietary restrictions.

Friday Breakfast:

  • Omelet with cheese and bell peppers* (GF)
  • Smoked bacon slices* (GF)
  • Yukon breakfast potatoes (GF)
  • Assorted pastries (V)
  • *Special meal option: Snoqualmie Falls Oatmeal with almond milk, walnuts, and dried fruit (V) (VG) (DF) (GF)

Friday Lunch:

  • Caesar Salad with romaine hearts and tomatoes; served with house-made Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, olive oil croutons, and lemon on the side.
  • Risotto with chicken, root vegetable compote, garlic cream, and basil oil* (GF)
  • Raspberry chocolate parfait; served with the exhibitors (GF)
  • *Special meal options: Risotto prepared without cream (VG) (DF) (GF); OR extra Risotto and vegetables in lieu of chicken (V) (GF)

Saturday Breakfast:

  • Crustless quiche with spinach and swiss cheese* (V) (GF)
  • Smoked bacon slices* (GF)
  • Yukon breakfast potatoes (GF)
  • Assorted pastries (V)
  • *Special meal option: Snoqualmie Falls Oatmeal with almond milk, walnuts, and dried fruit (V) (VG) (DF) (GF)

Saturday Boxed Lunch:

  • Choice of Sandwich: 
    • Smoked turkey, provolone, bibb lettuce, roasted red pepper mayo on sourdough bread
    • Ham, swiss cheese, bibb lettuce, Dijon aioli, on a pretzel roll
  • *Special meal option: Quinoa and brown rice salad with roasted vegetables and lemon-tahini dressing (V) (VG) (DF) (GF)

**Special Meals: If a dietary restriction was indicated during registration and you require a special meal based on the selected menu, you will receive a ticket in your conference badge to present to the Davenport Grand server onsite during the meal. Please note we can accommodate dietary restrictions not preferences.
