Sunday Welcome Dinner:

  • BBQ Marinated 7oz Flank Steak
  • Warm Potato Salad with whole grain mustard, roasted baby carrots,
  • S'mores Verine

Monday Breakfast:

  • Coffee and Orange Juice
  • Oatmeal with Brown Sugar and Raisins
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Pork Sausage
  • Whole Fruit (Bananas, Oranges and Apples) 

Monday Lunch:

  • Mixed Green Salad with shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes and a champagne vinaigrette served on the side
  • Brown Sugar BBQ Glazed Chicken Breast
  • Creamed Corn Polenta
  • Jicama and Cabbage Slaw

Tuesday Breakfast:

  • Coffee and Orange Juice
  • Banana Muffins
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Baby Yukon Gold Roasted Potatoes with Caramelized Onions
  • Whole Fruit (Bananas, Oranges and Apples)
