Join us for Friday Night at the ER, an engaging, hands-on simulation that invites participants to think beyond their individual role and see how decisions ripple across an entire organization. Working in teams of four, you'll navigate realistic challenges, strategize how to use resources, respond to unexpected disruptions, and experience firsthand how communication, collaboration, and decision-making impact overall performance.
