Attendee Rate
WASWUG’s special room block rate per night for single or double occupancy is $188 (not including taxes, fees*, or parking**), which is the current government per diem rate for King County. The cutoff date for reserving a room within the room block is February 10, 2024, based on availability. After February 10, 2024, call the Hyatt to check the availability of rooms in the WASWUG Attendee Rate room block.
*This rate does not include the Bellevue Tourism Assessment fee of $2.50 per room per night.
**This rate does not include parking. There is an additional charge for parking which will be $5 off of the 2024 published self-parking price, currently at $30/day.
Exhibitor/Sponsor Rate
$239 plus tax per night for a single or double bedroom based on availability. This rate does not include taxes, fees (including Bellevue Tourism Assessment fee of $2.50 per room per night), or parking.
Payment Info
All reservations are held via credit card upon booking. No charges will be billed to that credit card prior to your arrival. Room reservations may be paid onsite using a School District Procurement ‘P’ Card or a personal credit card.
Please note that Purchase Orders will not be accepted as a form of payment at the Hyatt Regency for your reservation. You or your district may prepay via business check up to 4 weeks prior to the conference, no later than February 10, 2025. A single check may be used to pay for several reservations. All checks must be sent to the PO Box, not the hotel! A complete list of the reservations that will be paid for with the check must be listed for the check to be processed.

If your district is paying for the hotel rooms but you will not have a district card with you on site, please submit this Credit Card Authorization Form. You will need to search and select the Hyatt Regency Bellevue (Washington). Credit card authorization forms are NOT accepted on site and/or day of arrival due to guest security and privacy reasons.
All CC authorization forms will need to be received by the Hotel no later than (72) hours prior to the guest’s arrival date. A valid phone number and email address are required to be listed on the form.
Modifying Your Reservation
A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Canceling Your Reservation
You can cancel your room reservation without incurring a fee up until February 10, 2025. If you cancel your room reservation after February 10, 2025, you will be charged the cost of one night's stay. If you do not check into your room on the first night of your stay at the Hyatt, you will be charged a no-show fee, which is the cost of one night's stay. You must contact the Hyatt directly to cancel your room reservation.
