Meals

Your main conference registration fee provides you with four meals over the course of the event. Dietary restrictions entered on your registration record will be provided to the Hyatt’s Catering team. Please see below for additional information so that you can prepare for your time at WASWUG.

If a dietary restriction was indicated during registration and you require a special meal based on the selected menu, you will be provided with a ticket to show to the Hyatt server onsite during the meal. Please note that the Hyatt can accommodate dietary restrictions, not preferences.
  

Sunday Pre-Conference Workshop Lunch

For those attendees who paid the additional fee to participate in either the Be Curious: Tidy Up Your Digital Locker with Google Workspace, HR or Student Qmlativ Customization, or Believe in Better: Leading Change with Purpose workshops.

Plated Lunch includes:

  • Entrée Salad
    • Mixed greens, giant white beans, roasted shallots, roasted tomatoes, green beans, and citrus vinaigrette (GF, DF)
    • Sliced herb grilled sirloin steak (GF, DF)
  • Bread/rolls with butter and apple butter (G, D)
  • Unsweetened black iced tea, coffee, hot tea, and ice water
      

Sunday Kickoff Dinner

If you do not eat fish, you must indicate this as a dietary restriction in your registration record. You will receive the vegetarian/vegan option for this meal.*

Plated Dinner includes:

  • Baby kale salad with roasted peanuts, quinoa, sliced green olives, crumbled lamb chopper cheese, and herb vinaigrette (GF, D, N)
    • Nuts and cheese will be served separately from plated salad
  • Herb seared salmon with lemon-caper cream sauce, seasonal sundried fruit rice pilaf, roasted asparagus (GF, D)
  • Bread/rolls with butter and apple butter (G, D)
  • Ice water

*Vegetarian/vegan option includes:

  • Mushroom & Plant Based Meat Bourguignon
  • Vegan Mashed Yukon Potatoes
  • Roasted Jumbo Asparagus, Divina Tomatoes

  • Creamy Yukon mashed potatoes (GF, D)
  • Roasted baby carrots (GF, DF)
  • Radicchio and romaine salad with roasted peaches, shaved radishes, pomegranate arils, and honey champagne vinaigrette (GF, DF)
  • Bread/rolls with butter and apple butter (G, D)
  • Unsweetened black iced tea, coffee, hot tea, and ice water
      

Tuesday Breakfast

Plated Breakfast includes:
