Submit a Proposal
Click the button below to create an account and submit your presenter information and your session proposal. Creating an account is required, even if you have submitted session ideas for previous WASWUG events.
Have multiple session ideas? Submit them all! We encourage you to share as many ideas as you'd like us to consider.
Know someone who would make a great presenter? Let them know about the opportunity to present at WASWUG so that they can submit a session idea!
Looking for Topic Ideas?
Click the link below to see the list of high-interest topics we'd like to include at WASWUG 2027.
If you'd like to present one of these sessions, simply add your name to the Presenter column; no need to submit a separate proposal.
If you have questions, email us at waswugcurriculum@wsipc.org and we'd be happy!
