If circumstances change and you are unable to provide a substitute to participate in the WASWUG event, refunds will be honored for cancellations received via email, fax, or mail by Friday, February 5, 2027.
A $125.00 administrative processing fee will be assessed for all main conference cancellations received by February 5, 2027.
A $15.00 administrative fee will be assessed for all pre-conference cancellations received by February 5, 2027.
No refunds will be offered after February 5, 2027.
