As Ted Lasso reminds us, “You know what the happiest animal on Earth is? It’s a goldfish. You know why? It’s got a 10-second memory.” In the fast-paced world of education, we don’t have the luxury of forgetting—but we do have the power to move forward with purpose.
This three-hour pre-conference session is designed for aspiring changemakers in various roles, who want to lead strategically with clarity and confidence.
Through interactions and practical frameworks, participants will explore:
- What change management really is—and how it’s interwoven into projects
- The roles of varying leadership during a big change/initiative
- How to prepare and assess for the impact of change on your employees
- Strategies for guiding others through change
Whether you're launching a new initiative, influencing team members, or navigating ongoing transformation, this session will offer tools and resources to help you lead with heart, strategy, and a little bit of Lasso-style optimism.
