If circumstances change and you are unable to provide a substitute to attend WASWUG, refunds will be honored for cancellations received via email, fax, or mail by February 9, 2024. A $100 administrative processing fee will be assessed for all cancellations received prior to February 9, 2024. In lieu of cancellation, substitutions will be accepted through Friday, March 01, 2024. No refunds will be offered after February 9, 2024.
